I am now and have been on hold with the Paula Young customer service line for 20 minutes…you guys have the most annoying hold and the LONGEST..gee, did I call at lunch time..sorry to of bothered you. It keeps telling me (every 30 seconds) that I am important to you, but I beg to differ, or you would be answering my call by now. This is not my first time calling and being left on hold for a very LONG time, in fact last time the girl had to put me on hold to check something and disconnected me, and that was after I waited a very LONG time to get through. Please get better or more operators, cause this sucks!!!
