The one thing I don’t miss about the summer is its heat and humidity.¬† There is nothing worse than trying to make a nice home-cooked meal for the family when the heat outside is scorching and turning on the oven doesn’t help the situation.¬† Thanks to Fall, you can find me back in the kitchen trying to perfect some new recipes for the holidays.

To help you in your search for the perfect holiday recipes, we will be holding a recipe exchange.¬† We’d love to have you share a favorite recipe with us and other readers just like you.¬† Please be sure to supply us with original recipes only (cannot be taken from any other recipe book or source) by December 1st, 2010.¬† We’ll publish all recipes on PaulaYoung.com and in Paula’ Potluck, a cookbook available early next year.
