Maybe the style is off a shade or two or perhaps the cap is too small.  Don’t worry, Paula Young makes exchanges easy and hassle-free.  We offer our customers a 100% satisfaction guarantee!  We aren’t satisfied until you are.  That’s why we’d like to clear up some common misconceptions about our exchange policies.

  • Items may be returned for exchange within 90 days–including clearance items
  • Exchange items are shipped free of charge–with the exception of any rush services
  • Exchanges are normally processed within three business days of receipt

  • Should you be wearing a mini petite, petite, average, or large capped wig? —Find Your Size

    I just ordered the “Jaclyn,” which I have a catalogue for and was also listed online as being $89, but the price ended up being $109 at checkout. Will this be fixed before my card is overcharged?

    I have been trying to make this order for 2 solid days too, but cannot reset my passwrod to login to my account! I’ve been emailed numerous reset links since yesterday, but every time I use one, it results in a message that it has expired–regardless of how quickly I use it!

    This has been a terribly frustrating experience!

    Hi. I previously order the Jacklyn too but when it came it was not cut in the style shown. I had to pay a stylist to cut it which cost me almost another $100.
