We know that times have changed – we’re all more conscious of how we spend our money. A recent Time magazine article explores “How Consumers Shop Differently Today.” It describes how discount shopping is increasing, label reading is up and conspicuous consumption is “bad manners.” However, chic is back (although conservative chic) – “looking good is often a real part of keeping your job or finding a job.” And we know that when you look good, you feel better about yourself.
