I would like to purchase the 3 pc set that includes shampoo, conditioner and spray if it is available. How do I go about ordering that? Thank you.

I have taken my wig out of the box, tried it on, took it back off, shook it and placed it on the styrofoam head, but it seems to have lost some of its height and “poof” like after you comb out your natural hair after it has been teased. The wig style is synthetic midlength “color me beautiful.” Should it lose its height so quickly? I did not brush it or comb it, I just used a pick and/or my fingers to arrange or rearrange bang direction, etc. I LOVE the color and style, but somehow I have disturbed the setting. Can anyone help me restore it to it’s natural poofy height. I have a round face and stocky build, and really need the height. The “how to” video above said when properly cared for it will last 3 to 6 months….If I don’t use it every day is it possible it will last longer? Please give me some pointers here. I would hate to have ruined it before I ever get a chance to wear it. Thank you for any help you can give me. :) …and Merry Christmas!!! :) JP

    • Hi Janet. All of our synthetic wigs have style memory so that even if they are washed and dried they should revert back to their original style. We usually recommend giving the style a good shake once it is out of its package to wake up the style and using Paula Young hairspray to keep the desired style in place. As for the life of a wig, we’ve had customers who’ve had the same wig for years with proper care of course. Hopefully this information is helpful to you. Please let us know if you need any other assistance. Thank you and Merry Christmas to you as well.
